*** Welcome to Health 4 YourSelf. By accessing this website, booking  services, or participating in any programs, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 

Please read them carefully before using our services***

1. Services Provided

Health 4 YourSelf provides health and wellness coaching, education, and lifestyle support. Coaching services are designed to support awareness, habit change, personal growth, and overall wellbeing.

Health 4 YourSelf does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All services are educational and supportive in nature.

2. Client Responsibility & Participation

By engaging in coaching services, you acknowledge that:

• You are fully responsible for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing
• Coaching is a collaborative process and results are not guaranteed
• You will make your own health and lifestyle decisions
• You agree to consult with a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns
• You will inform your coach of any medical conditions that may affect participation

3. Not Medical or Mental Health Care

Health 4 YourSelf coaching services:

• Do not establish a doctor–patient, therapist–client, or clinical relationship
• Do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition
• Are  not a substitute for medical, psychological, or mental health care

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please seek immediate professional or emergency assistance.

4. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

• Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or missed sessions may be forfeited
• Coaching packages and sessions are non-refundable once services have begun, unless otherwise stated in writing

5. Payments & Packages

• Payment is required prior to receiving coaching services
• Packages must be used within the agreed timeframe
• Unused  sessions may expire and are not guaranteed to roll over
• Prices and offerings may change at any time

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

Your personal and health-related information is treated with care and confidentiality. Health 4 YourSelf follows privacy best practices and uses secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms when applicable.

7. Communication

By engaging with Health 4 YourSelf, you consent to receive:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Program updates and coaching communications
• Administrative messages related to services

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Health 4 YourSelf, including but not limited to:

• Website content
• Programs and frameworks
• Workbooks and handouts
• Written, audio, or digital materials

are the intellectual property of Health 4 YourSelf and may not be copied, shared, sold, or reproduced without written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to the website or systems
• Distribute harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with website functionality or security

10. Limitation of Liability

Health 4 YourSelf is not responsible for:

• Any direct or indirect damages related to coaching participation
• Decisions or actions taken based on coaching information
• Technical issues related to third-party platforms or website access

You agree to use coaching services at your own discretion and risk.

11. Termination of Services

Health 4 YourSelf reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:

• These Terms & Conditions are violated
• Professional boundaries are not respected
• Continued coaching is not in the best interest of either party

12. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Health 4 YourSelf operates.
